Arrival Information

Upon landing, you will go through customs and then exit the airport. You will then need to get a taxi from the airport to Three Island Dock. The taxis are very easy to find at the airport. Please note that you will need to bring cash to pay for the taxi ride. We have been informed that the taxi to Three Island Dock cost about $10 per head. Bring extra cash just in case (also make sure you have enough cash to get back for your return flight). Once you get to the dock, it should be relatively easy to find the boat to take you to The Other Side. You can ask anyone at the dock where to find the boat if you are having issues. Our event coordinator told us that the locals at the dock are very friendly and will help you out. She also has collected everyones' flight information and has scheduled the boat to come and go accordingly. The boat ride to The Other Side is a 5 minute ride. If the boat is not at the dock when you arrive, please be patient. If you have any issues, feel free to contact our coordinator at (242) 808 - 1336.

Reservations / Meals

To minimize waste, the hotel requests that you provide them with a heads up if you would like to eat at the restaurants onsite (The Other Side and The Farm). You can give notice the night before or morning of for Lunch and Dinner.

Meals without wedding events where guests need plans:

• Breakfast — there is continental breakfast included in your stay from 8-10AM. This includes fruit, cereal, coffee, English muffin / toast. If you would like a specialty breakfast (eggs, sausage, etc.) you are welcome to order at menu prices.

• lunch Friday — Note that The Other Side restaurant is only until 1:30 PM and lunch at The Farm until 3PM; cocktail hour for the welcome party / rehearsal dinner begins at 6PM so please grab something to eat so you aren’t too hungry before dinner after your travel day

• lunch Saturday — lunch service at TOS and The Farm; guests also welcome to go to Harbour Island on the hotel’s boat for lunch, just request boat service in advance from the front desk at the hotel

• Dinner Sunday — lunch included at pool party / beach day; dinner service at TOS and The Farm

What time / location are events?

• Wedding Rehearsal: 5:30 PM at TOS deck for Wedding Party (Family + MOHs + Davis + Zach J)

• Wedding Dinner / Welcome Party: Cocktail hour starts at 6PM; Dinner / Speeches 7-9PM; Bonfire 9-11PM

• Wedding Day: Guests arrive between 5-5:15 at TOS deck; Cocktail Hour 6PM-7PM; Reception 7-11PM

• Pool / Beach Day: 1-4PM at TOS Pool
